  6. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details.


2. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

    • Free shipping on all orders, regardless of order size.

  • Europe (EU Member States, EEA countries, Switzerland, Norway, etc.):

    • Flat shipping fee: £18 per order.

    • Free shipping for orders with a merchandise subtotal of £180 or more (excluding taxes/duties).

  • International (Outside Europe):

    • Flat shipping fee: £20 per order.

    • Free shipping for orders with a merchandise subtotal of £250 or more (excluding taxes/duties).

  • Shipping rates are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) at checkout and are calculated automatically based on your delivery address and order total.


4. How Long Will My Order Take to Process and Deliver?

Q: When will my order ship? How long until I receive it?
A:

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding U.K. public holidays. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, special promotions), processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery Times (from shipment date):

    • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

    • Europe: 5–10 business days (subject to customs clearance)

    • International: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance and local delays)

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking is typically active within 24 hours.


5. How Can I Track My Order?

Q: How do I track my shipment?
A:

  1. After your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier name and tracking number.

  2. Visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number to view real-time updates.

  3. You can also log in to www.v44yi.com, go to “My Account” → “Order History,” and click on the specific order to see tracking details and status updates.

6. Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address / I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
A:

  • Change Shipping Address:

    • You have 24 hours from the time of order placement to request an address change.

    • Email us immediately at info.hr@v44yi.com with your correct address and order number. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update it for you. If it has shipped, you will need to wait for it to be returned and then place a new order.

  • Cancel Order:

    • You may cancel your order at no charge within 24 hours of placement. Contact us at info.hr@v44yi.com or +44 7815 318 475 to cancel.

    • After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, you cannot cancel. You would need to follow our return process (see FAQ #8 below) after delivery.


7. What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?

Q: Can I return or exchange an item? How does the process work?
A:

  • Eligibility:

    • You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging (including tags, labels, protective materials), and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, packing slip).

    • Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items may be non-returnable. Any such exclusions will be noted on the product page.

  • How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

    1. Email info.hr@v44yi.com or call +44 7815 318 475 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery. Include:

      • Your name and order number

      • The item(s) to be returned or exchanged

      • Reason for return or exchange

      • Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange (specify the replacement item).

    2. We will verify eligibility, then issue an RMA number via email along with a prepaid return shipping label if you are in the U.K. For Europe/International returns, we will provide return instructions and inform you of the applicable shipping fee.

    3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or equivalent). Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

    4. For U.K. returns, affix the prepaid label and drop off at the designated carrier. For Europe/International returns, ship using your preferred carrier and keep a tracking number; return shipping fees apply unless your order met the free-shipping threshold.

    5. Once received, we will inspect your return (generally within 5–7 business days). If approved, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • Return Shipping Fees:

    • United Kingdom: All eligible returns/exchanges are free. We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

    • Europe: A flat fee of £18 applies for returns/exchanges unless your order subtotal was £180 or more, in which case return shipping is free. The £18 fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose a refund. If you choose an exchange, no deduction is made.

    • International: A flat fee of £20 applies for returns/exchanges unless your order subtotal was £250 or more, in which case return shipping is free. The £20 fee will be deducted from your refund unless you choose an exchange.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we approve your return. You will receive a confirmation email once processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

    • If you originally qualified for free shipping but your return reduces your order subtotal below the free-shipping threshold, a shipping cost adjustment will be applied, and the applicable shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchanges:

    • If you request an exchange for a different size, color, or style (of equal or lesser value), specify this when initiating your RMA. After inspection, we will ship the replacement at no additional shipping cost provided the original order met the free-shipping requirements.

    • If you exchange for an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference (plus any shipping fees, if applicable).

  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.hr@v44yi.com. Include clear photographs of the damage or error, your order number, and a brief description.

    • Once we confirm it is a carrier or warehouse error, we will provide a prepaid return label (if you are in the U.K.) or coordinate return shipping at no cost (for Europe/International). We will then either replace the item (with free shipping) or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs).


8. Which Items Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged?

Q: Are there any products that aren’t eligible for return?

  • Custom or Personalized Items: If an item was made or engraved specifically for you (e.g., special etching, custom dimensions), it cannot be returned unless it is defective.

  • Clearance, Final Sale, or Discounted Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or heavily discounted may be non-returnable. Check the product page carefully for any return-exclusion notices.

  • Assembled, Altered, or Used Items: If an item has been assembled, altered, soiled, or used beyond a quick inspection, we cannot accept it.

  • Gift Cards and Downloadable Digital Products: These are non-returnable and non-refundable.


9. What If I Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Q: I received a broken or wrong item. What do I do?

  1. Take Photos:

    • Photograph the package exterior showing any visible damage.

    • Photograph the damaged or incorrect product, including any labels or SKU tags.

  2. Submit Your Claim:

      • Your order number

      • Photos of the issue

      • A brief description of what is wrong (e.g., “vase arrived cracked” or “received white candlestick instead of black”).

  3. Review & Resolution:

    • We will review your claim within 1–2 business days. If we determine it is our error (transport or warehouse damage), we will arrange a free return or instruct you to keep the item at our cost and ship a replacement immediately. In that case, we will cover all related shipping fees.

    • If we deem it a manufacturing defect, we will likewise replace or refund at no charge to you.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged products until we confirm the resolution. If you must return the item, use the return instructions provided by our support team.


10. Do You Offer Gift Wrapping or Gift Messages?

Q: I’d like to send this as a gift. Can you wrap it or include a message?
A:

  • Gift Wrapping: We do not currently offer specialized gift wrapping services. All items ship in protective packaging to ensure safe transit. We recommend wrapping your items after delivery if you want a more decorative presentation.

  • Gift Message: You can leave a note in the “Order Notes” section during checkout. We’ll attempt to include your message on a simple card inside the package, but we cannot guarantee formatting. If you require a specific design or longer text, please prepare your own card and send it with the order (via offline arrangement) to ensure it meets your expectations.


11. Do You Run Promotions, Coupons, or a Loyalty Program?

Q: How can I get discount codes or participate in promotions?
A:

  • Coupon Codes: We publish coupon codes occasionally on our homepage, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook), and via email newsletters. At checkout, enter the code in the “Discount Code” field to apply the discount.

  • Loyalty & Points: We do not currently have a points-based loyalty program or membership tiers. If we launch one in the future, details will be posted on our website and shared via email.


12. How Do I Use a Gift Card?

Q: I received a BUYNETIC LTD gift card. How do I apply it at checkout?
A:

  1. During checkout, select “Gift Card” as your payment option.

  2. Enter the gift card code (and PIN, if applicable) in the provided field, then click “Apply.”

  3. The gift card balance will be applied to your order total.

    • If your order exceeds the gift card balance, you may pay the remaining amount with another payment method.

    • If the order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining gift card balance will remain for future purchases.

  4. Gift cards are valid only on www.v44yi.com. Check the gift card details for expiration or usage terms.


13. How Can I Manage My Account?
